NEWS: NCAA President Charlie Baker told ESPN today that he’s “pretty optimistic” that the new aged-based eligibility proposal will happen. The DI Board of Directors met today and will recommend to not implement this rule retroactively for graduates/exhausted eligibility. “If you’ve used up your eligibility, you’ve used it up,” Baker told ESPN of the tenor of the discussion.

I’m not sure who UNC’s next coach will be. But what I do know is even if it ends up being the 3rd or 4th option, it will still be an upgrade over Hubert Davis.

I would argue the reason hubert davis was the coach of UNC to begin with was loyalty. He had zero head coach experience and got more than enough resources and backing each year he was there bc UNC did everything they could to make it work. He just isn't a good enough coach .

Poor in-game adjustments, poor rotation management, blowing massive leads, lack of discipline, poor FT shooting. If he wanted to retire a Tarheel, he should have coached to the standard. Period.
