@nicktharula Like I’m sorry, that weight is so crazy. Love the anthros + shooting profile but BMI FC never fails.

@RK_DRAFT Re: Sayin ++ mechanics, touch and accuracy but I really hope to see some improved anticipation + decision-making tape from him. Pretty intrigued at how high consensus sees him, given the concerns.

Both: • Beloved by sheets fc (at face value) • Minimal / no tools • Hyper-elite in one skill (Reed: Shooting, Sayin: Accuracy) In terms of pro translation, point 2 likely throws a wrench in anything towards points 1/3 #toolsfc

@AlvaroNBAMartin A much weaker international class than typical & a lot are on the fence about playing overseas vs. in the NCAA & as it stands, I don’t have an international player in my top 25. Karim Lopez + Sergio de Larrea would be the first international names to consider in that 25-35 range.

@mcfNBA Where are the non-NCAA prospects? What? No comparable metrics, no inclusion?

@igwt097 One of Cenac, Jefferson or Veesaar would be a great shout in Philly at that range.

@TrustTheTapeJay @HoopsReference Mr. Trust The Tape, please tell the class how you anticipate a 184-lb off-ball scoring wing (an already limited creator + point-of-attack defender) to get his game off at the next level, quick.

I mean I’m higher on Carr, relative to the general consensus and was one of the earlier people to platform him and praise the tools + two-way upside, under the notion he was at this projected 6’6 frame + 7’2 W/S and was closer to his reported 195-200lb weight. Given all those being lesser than expected, additional to my gripes with his creation + defensive limitations, is that not a fair judgment?
Mohamed@mcfNBA

#Baylor SG Cam Carr (6-6, 189, rSO) A name to stash away & consider for the 2026 NBA Draft. Has strong shotmaking prowess, finishing skill & physical tools (6’6 frame + 7’2 wingspan). A really intriguing wing prospect to watch out for if the defensive flashes can be consistent.

@mcfNBA so basically you just forced your preconceived opinion of him into this combine winners/losers list because none of that is related to the combine measurements at all and you just wanted to stick him in the losers column anyway

I was already weary of their anthros but they ended up being worse than anticipated. I have my individual qualms with both: • Flemings frame, low 3PR + general pull-up scoring from deep, Houston’s context inflating his stock generation and defensive decision backfiring being questionable at times. • Wagler having 0 athletic traits, general defensive aptitude + play strength concerns as well as space creation questions at the next level, given the limited athleticism/burst/above-the-rim play.

@mcfNBA did flemings and waglers measurements move them down for you or were you already there on them

@HoopsReference The W/S + length are great but I’m just weary of Carr’s play weight at 184 lbs & his current limitations as a non-creator + perimeter defender (limited steal generation, high-hip mechanics impacting POA) as an off-ball wing and those hinder him hitting his best potential outcome.
