It's finally official. Our building in North Glenora is officially the first multi family on Alberta to receive passive house certification. @SSRIAssociation #YEG

1/3 As a result of the Hangar 11 fire on Blatchford Monday night, poor air quality has been detected in buildings throughout NAIT’s main campus. Out of an abundance of caution, all students and non-essential staff are asked to stay away from main campus on Tuesday, Apr. 23.

@jacoobaloo I appreciate how quickly our Councillors can fact check as speakers are talking. I'm also surprised that people can make comments like "I'm speaking on behalf of Ottewell." I'm curious what other folks in the Ottewell community think about that.

Additional fact-check for #yegcc: Ottewell schools are not actually at capacity. Only schools at GCM level 3 are outside mature neighbourhoods.

Fact check on the current speaker at #yegcc talking about how mature neighbourhoods need to be protected from change: mature neighbourhoods have mostly stagnated and depopulated over the past 20 years.
