Well... we called @Quadient/@Quadient_UK for support this morning and got a message saying that they are busy so not taking any more calls today... that's new. Can anyone do this and still get paid? We're always busy... #SLA #CustomerService

Running a busy support department, I'm always a little frustrated and disappointed by companies that treat SLAs as something for the customer and not themselves. Set SLA goals and beat them. Proud of my team and the results they get... 1st response time average is just minutes!
