@UziCryptoo Ideally you should be trying to pay the 30 year loan off as fast as possible! If you have 2 incomes, then you could try to pay it off in like 15 years if you’re smart with your money. Houses always increase in value over time!

Stuff breaks. You pay insurance monthly. Property taxes every year. 3–6% in realtor fees when you sell. And we act like renting is throwing money away. There is a strong argument for renting.

@jimmysoldout Houses are one of the most valuable purchases that you could ever buy. They will always hold their value if not almost double what you paid over 20+ years. Cars are the absolute worse value but yet a insane amount of people in our country pay around $600-$800 a month, insane

no shade but why would i literally ever buy a home… you still have to pay a mortgage monthly that would be the same cost as just paying rent atp. and at least with renting, the expenses for anything that goes wrong falls into the landlord instead of on you

Any ideas for how 2K could possibly eliminate the crabbing cheese in 27? I think giving altered jumpshot animations (with tighter green windows) when defenders are literally in contact with the shooter might deter the act. They low key have something like this already but it isn’t consistent. Or just more contact animations for when the dribbler escapes into the defenders (at all angles). Can’t just keep sliding off…and I don’t think immediately losing the ball is the best solution either. #NBA2K26

@devkonn Only logical thing i can think of is they think they are a lot better than the average random casual, so they rather take most of the shots instead of watching randoms struggle to green wide open shots or take terrible shots haha idk but that’s the best thing i can think of

@solarisAims @AimerLew Any jump that’s double the refresh is a noticeable difference but anything in between is not worth it. For example 240 to 360 not a noticeable difference but 240 to 480 definitely is a noticeable difference

@AimerLew I'm not OLED but I did make the change from 144hz to 240hz and even that wasn't a major change. It was noticeable but barely compared to the 60hz to 144hz jump. It'll probably be super lateral.

Attention: 500hz OLED havers, I currently have a 240hz OLED. Is it worth the cheeky little upgrade?

Can someone smart tell me if it’s possible for 2k to develop an anti cheat centered around the timing of jumpshots? That lack of knowledge is the fence I stand on between blaming it on them for not providing that, and facing the harsh reality that this is just the world now

@LakerFanYT Anti cheat systems have nothing to do with zens or titans and devs for any game will never be able to do anything about it. Anti cheat systems are for cheats that actually change or alter the coding
