@DuneAwakening The biggest danger is the invisible walls in the DD while crossing from one area to another. Sometimes they are so dangerous that you can lose 4 ornithopters and all your gear, and get no answer from the devs about your tickets taking no responsibility.

I lost two ornithopters due to the deep desert bug last night. I logged back in to retrieve them this morning but now I don’t have permissions for my vehicles. I submitted three seperate bug reports two weeks ago and I haven’t gotten a response. Seeing as I don’t get replies ingame using your bug reporting, here I am complaining about it on your socials. And it happened again last night. For the amount of time I have to grind to get a mk6, it simply is not worth interacting with the deep desert. Fun base game in Haga Basin, but the deep desert is utter crap.

On top of that, if you want to take a break from the game, either you HAVE to connect every 2 weeks to pay your taxes and fill your power cells, or you spend many hours selling as much as you can, storing only the most valuable items in the bank and your inventory.

@DuneAwakening How about the people who lost the ornithopters a few days earlier due to a game crash bug while travelling in-between zones of the DD? I lost an assault and scout Ornithopter because of this, plus A LOT of items, and most importantly TIME. Took me days to get the resources back.

We have now completed the process of reimbursements, to the best of our ability, for those of you impacted by the Deep Desert layout change that occurred Monday, the 7th of July. HOW IT WORKS We identified sub-fief consoles, their associated bases, and vehicles destroyed in affected areas of the Deep Desert, from the time the patch on the 7th was released until the Coriolis Storm wipe. Reimbursements will be made based on this window. We strived to have as accurate a snapshot as possible, but with this in mind, there may be some minor inaccuracies in the final result. IMPORTANT: Items, materials, and components from destroyed facilities will be sent to the original owner of that base’s sub-fief console. It will ultimately be that individual’s responsibility to distribute the items among their group, guild, or alliance. WHAT TO EXPECT Items found within storage containers and inventories are being reimbursed, such as Solari currency, unique schematics, components, and crafting materials. For that last part, materials include, but are not necessarily limited to, Salvaged Metal, Cobalt Paste, Complex Machinery, Spice Melange, Plasteel Composite Armor Plating, and other similar items. For buildings, we focused on reimbursing the required materials for advanced facilities such as Wind Turbines, Spice Refineries, Storage Containers, specialized Fabricators, and Ore Refineries. Materials for basic objects such as walls and foundations are not reimbursed. Vehicles will be reimbursed in the form of components of that vehicle’s Mk6 version, regardless of the original vehicle’s tier. All possible modules for that vehicle will be included, but unique modules are not included. Solari reimbursements are capped at 1,000,000 per person. CLAIMING ITEMS Reimbursements themselves will be made available from the Claim Rewards button, found by hitting [Esc] ingame and looking to the bottom left. IMPORTANT: We STRONGLY recommend making sure you are in a safe place, with ample storage nearby, before claiming reimbursements. Your character will very likely not be able to carry everything at once, and any excess items will be dropped on the ground. Dropped items are still subject to despawning within 15 minutes and cannot be restored again. There is no time limit to claim the items, and each item (or stack of materials) is claimed one at a time, so there is no need to hurry. Please let us know if you have any further questions, and thank you for your attention and patience while we worked on making things right.

@TDotMason @DuneAwakening Hahaha. Its impossible you didnt have any issues. For your info my pc is so shit that i play in a 48 ultrawide pc in ultra settings at 5120x1440 ;) But you are right, they launched 4 patches and many hotfixes in a few days for no reason. Have a nice life bro

@DuneAwakening Hopefully we start getting our Thopters returned after losing them, multiple times, to game crashes when loading into zones. Or maybe FUNCOM can actually reply back to bug reports for their game causing these issues. Great game, but be prepared to be disappointed by FUNCOM.

@S3EKER @DuneAwakening Had something similar earlier today in DD. The landmass where my base is was "smoothed out" and not rendered. Took 4 min for it to render and the rubberbanding to stop. Wonder if its something similar happening as the game client cant decide if you can walk there or should fall
