The Odyssey in IMAX vs. regular screens. So much of the film is lost on a regular screen. Nolan did a disservice to the majority of viewers who don't have access to IMAX.

Shivakumar’s proposal to extend special privileges at #Tirumala temple rituals to ministers, legislators and senior officials. Bhanu Prakash Reddy, Member of the Tirumala #Tirupati Devasthanams (#TTD) Board, strongly objected to the idea, declaring that such privileges are reserved only for the #MysoreMaharaja and not for politicians or bureaucrats.“Yesterday, D.K. Shivakumar ji said he is planning to introduce a new proposal to allow MLAs, Ministers and officers to attend the #MangalArathi. This is not right. These privileges were granted to the Mysore Maharaja. They are not for you, your cabinet, or your MLAs. This is a spiritual place, not a political arena,” Reddy asserted. He further warned that if Karnataka’s demand is accepted, governments of #TamilNadu and #Keralam might follow suit.Reddy said that the matter will be raised in the upcoming TTD Board meeting, where he intends to push for a resolution opposing the proposal. Earlier, CM #DKShivakumar had defended his move, citing Karnataka’s traditional association with the temple. “The first arathi to Lord Venkateswara is performed on behalf of Karnataka. Currently, only the Chief Minister is entitled to participate. It's already clear that you want to portray Karna as superior to Arjuna. That's why you've cast a hero of lesser stature than #Prabhas, making Karna appear stronger on screen It's also clear that your film has no connection to the original Mahabharata, as you're telling a fictional story where Ashwatthama praises Karna. At this point, you could even create a multiverse where Karna and Ravana are blood brothers - because it's all fictional. What is unnecessary is quoting verses from the Mahabharata to defend fictional changes. Just accept that your version is a work of fiction and tell the story the way you want with your creative vision. #Kalki2898AD
