@iwannadieonmars Yeh I really had a hard time, cold turkey was definitely not for me. I became a different person without my nicotine hits, very very very angry person. Gradually decreasing with cigars was a better option until I was at a point where I smoked so minimal I might just quit

If you are a cigarette smoker and increasingly getting tired of costs the and effects, try cigars. Costs less, has less negative effects, tastes like shit. It helped me quit smoking because it’s just not that easily inhaled like a fag, scale down each day and you’ll get there.
