It's too bad the @UHN has given up on enforcing masking, I didn't feel safe walking the halls of Toronto General this morning.
I get that as a terminal cancer patient I don't really matter to anyone but the researchers, but I'd still prefer to not get covid, or any cold or flu!!

What about, um 🤔, not giving opioids after lap chole in the first place? Patients do extremely well with nsaid and paracetamol + very short course (couple days) tramadol as necessary.
