@Se_Railway Dartford. All the trains are cancelled, but for a long time displayed arrival -albeit delayed - times. Not customer service’s fault, but how the execs get away with charging the amounts they do for a subpar service is dreadful. Who can I escalate my complaint to?

@TfL - absolutely shocking service at Canada Water bus station. No staff. No communication. Bus drivers wouldn’t engage in conversation. Those who did had no idea either. 50 minutes waiting for a bus. Do better.
