Can you please explain how bilingualism can give someone the ability to run the company better? Wouldn't business and industry knowledge make them more qualified? Where was the outrage when Quebec darlings Couche-Tard and Laurentian Bank were led by unilingual Anglophones? Does that mean they had inferior leadership?
