@ikosresorts I’m looking to book a trip to Andalusia in August via British Airways… I just wanted to confirm if that would still include free transfers from Malaga airport to the resort and back (will be travelling with my wife and 3x under 5’s) 😍

@British_Airways Still no case, according to the team at CDG London haven’t even bothered to update the case once yet so clearly no one is looking for the bag. 3 under 5’s with no clothing, no spare shoes and torrential rain in Paris. Thanks @British_Airways

@British_Airways could you help at all? When we checked in at LHR T5 this morning for BA308 the woman on the desk realised she’d sent our suitcase down without a tag 😭😭😭 we’ve arrived at CDG without a tag and reported it to baggage services but could you help at all?
