Answer: Yes Q2/P2: Do individual citizens ever have the right to initiate physical force against other citizens who have not initiated or threatened to initiate physical force? The answer to this is clearly no. The third question/premise that was never asked is, "What gives the government the right to proactively initiate force?" Which I think you could have a fairly robust discussion around. By closing your eyes / rejecting to engage the second premise you actually fail to get to the matter of substance in discussion. It's a "i don't wanna" approach to argumentation, which is childish.

I think you're confusing median with average. IQ's range from 75 to 125 and 100 is right in the middle. The median.
