"We must attack Narva to destroy NATO and break Europe's will." Russian state TV is making no secret of Putin's plans. They're now openly claiming that Russia is planning to attack the town of Narva on the Russian-Estonian border. Russian state propaganda convinces Russians that Europe won't respond and this attack will help them win. The Russians said exactly the same thing before their invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Back then, we didn't believe it was serious. Now, there's no doubt that Putin will attack Europe.

We have been literally giving our last pants to Ukraine because we know the urgency. Getting mocked as we do not enough will not increase what we give, because we don’t have more.

The goal is stated clearly: “to destroy NATO and break Europe’s will.” At the same time, viewers are being told that the West supposedly won’t respond. This is exactly how the invasion of Ukraine was justified in 2022 — and back then, many didn’t believe it would actually happen. We all know how that turned out.

I'm confused at the anger from Estonians against those who are saying the West needs to wake up. I was in Ukraine in January 2022 when sharing real warnings about Russia was also dismissed as Kremlin disinformation. I'm not saying that's the case now, but worth considering. The amount of noise I personally have heard about this has become nearly unbearable, so, believing sunlight to the best disinfectant, I share what I hear. If you can offer knockdown proofs that this is baseless, please do, with all sincerity! That's what I want to hear.
