I did say these things about Ukraine and Zelensky and I am not deleting my posts because I’ve realized, I was wrong. I was living in a media echo chamber and I was propagandized by Russian media on social media to believe those things. So I came to Ukraine to see the country for myself. I am going to try to find evidence for the propaganda I’ve been fed, and if I don’t find it, I will let everyone know so they too can come to see the light. On day one, I’ve already seen photos of dead priests in Bucha murdered by Russia and I saw the mass grave where the bodies of murdered Christians were placed after Russia sent forces from Chechnya to massacre innocent people. I spoke with officials who rescue POWs and they showed me photos of Ukrainian POWs who had swastikas engraved into their forehead by Russians. Who are the Nazis? 🤔 I was lied to for years. I realized Ukraine and @ZelenskyyUa aren’t the jihadi apologists… but Russia and Putin are! I was wrong! I have a responsibility to correct the record. Russia is very good at information warfare.

@JohnnyFDK My argument isn’t on whether people would rally for Pete Hegseth. My argument is that the youth in America would never rally for any SecDef period. The invasion variable is of course a crucial component.

@SNahins I think it's two fold. One is that their country and future is being invaded, and that they want to see the old Soviet-style leadership dismantled. And Mykhailo Fedorov is 35 years old, proven to be smart and effective and honest, while Pete Hegseth has been a pos in every way.

What I find fascinating about Ukraine’s protests are the different demographics. You have the angsty nirvana loving teenagers attending a protest in support of the resigned Minister of Defense. Regardless of political views, no hipster in the US is going to rally for the SecDef.

@Strien9 I disagree. I don’t think it matters who’s sitting as SecDef. You will never see thousands of American high schoolers and college students protest in favor of keeping a SecDef in power.
