The Epstein survivors have told their stories over and over again—including to federal law enforcement—and the justice system has failed them. That is why we subpoenaed the files. That is why we passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act. That is why Pam Bondi and those who have covered up this case must be held accountable. And that is why Congress and the justice system must act—to turn the Epstein files into Epstein trials—and change the system that allowed this to happen.

It *is* time for Congress to act on the Epstein case. On this point, we agree with the First Lady. Survivors should have the opportunity to tell their stories in front of Congress. Witnesses should be called under oath to testify—as we have demanded for months, including Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, and others who have actively covered up this case and refused to investigate and prosecute crimes. It is indeed time for action. On that we agree.
