@kr160182 From 14th Feb entry requirements for all fully vaccinated international travellers has changed. The 7-days mandatory home quarantine is replaced with 14-day self-monitoring. Requisite for a COVID-19 PCR test on the 8th day of arrival in India has also been removed. @sandhyafernez

No concerned authorities can have any say in AIIMS for SDP, for which only live donor can donate. Those who want to know protocols for blood donation, they can DM me.
