I have a lot of Muslim friends, and I love them. But one detail, NONE of them practice the religion. They left their countries because they wanted to live in the Western world, in our culture. They have our values and respect women, our culture. Only way!

I'm still outraged about what happened in Germany. As a country I lived in for many years, had businesses, and called my European home, where I still have family who also lives in Magdeburg, I feel extremely upset. These people coming to Germany to find refuge, to get jobs, healthcare and education, social help on their own will, wherever the heck they're coming from, and NOBODY is forcing them or kidnapping them to be slaves (like has been done in North America with Africans!) and they give back disrespect, murder, and aggression? No, this has to stop. Finish. Hope my German friends all vote leaders who stop nonsense immigration. It's just been too much! Germany isn't a safe country any longer and this is frightening. Be like Poland. Time to change this awful woke policies.

Just a reminder that food and resturants are not to blame for your poor decisions. This is my friend Mike, he ate nothing but @ChickfilA to prepare for a body building show. Every meal, every day, for 16 weeks. He won best overall. Why did he lose fat and his health markers improve or remain the same? He ate within his calorie and macro limits for a deficit. You can blame Chick Fil A, McDonalds, or "big pharma" all you want. You have not only the resources (literally google it) to know the calorie content of what you are consuming but have the ability to choose differently. Take responsibility.

Shows whole virus so spike protein mutations less of a concern (like BA2, which is the subvariant this study examined- the one that came after Omicron's first subvariant- BA1)
