I hardware modded this launch model Retrotink 5X to support 4:4:4 video rendering (RGB 24-bit) as well as the 4K (horizontal) resolutions, making the launch RT5X just as capable as the latest revision of the hardware!

@nachosonic @retroaccess FWIW, RetroCastle MiSTers have been using the same connector for Saturn cables. Many @Zaxour mods use it. Heck, even Doujindance mods have used it for several years. The only issue is original Sega cables with the extra keying, like the pictured HSS-0109.

We finished the SuperDock MD today. We moved the IR sensor to the middle under the DVD drive, moved the eject button to the middle of the lid, moved the SNAC bypass port, moved the m.2 slot, rounded out the S-Video port, and added more useful features to the expansion slot. 🎮

We changed the SuperDock connector to a 20 pin PCIe-style interface. The bottom of SSo contains the female connector behind a latch. The dock is secured to SSo via two long screws that go into threaded inserts on the bottom like the GB Player.
