@jvillacastin Gracias Julián. Un Holter seguro. Es possible que las ondas T negativas en precordiales derechas se deben solo a un fenómeno de memoria cardiaca ya que siguen la dirección de las EV. Un holter podría mostrar possible TV o multiple EV originadas del mismo foco.

Ciclista varón de 27 años que sufre un síncope precedido de mareo intenso mientras subía un puerto de montaña. Se le realiza este electrocardiograma en un reconocimiento en el que las constantes son normales. Qué pruebas crees que es más probable que nos del diagnóstico?
