Each year, @mercycareaz awards their Community Reinvestment Grants to support non-profit organizations working to advance health equity across AZ. This year, we are THRILLED our Ivy Center for Family Wellness Diabetes Care and Education Services was named one of the recipients!

It's official—the first residents began moving today into our new 100-bed transitional housing called De Paul Manor! We are absolutely overjoyed! We look forward to the stories of resilience that will emerge from De Paul Manor as residents find stability and housing!
