Observations are actually very traumatic. From being ‘outstanding’ one minute to ‘good’ the next. Hours and hours and hours of planning and preparation to be judged on 30 minutes is not good for the old well- being.

I didn’t realise how quickly I’d forgotten about how long everything takes at the start of the year! Planning a task that’s only meant to take 20 minutes? Double it, actually quadruple the time at this rate. Oh and you might as well make time to finish it next week 🤣 exhausted🤝🏼

@WhistleblowingT None. A totally pointless endeavour to sanction children that age for not going home and doing more work. Also think it’s pointless to set (or ask for) them anything other than a bit of reading and maybe practising number bonds or times tables.
