HELP PLS My personal Facebook account has been permanently deactivated for not following community standards I don’t even use Facebook, I only use the account to manage my multiple BMs and ad accounts So far, the ads, ad accounts, and BMs are all unaffected and ads are running My appeal was rejected and so my personal FB account is perma banned Has anyone else had this and know how to contact support? I can’t log into meta to contact support directly… All a joke tbh, any help appreciated

@chepvt @lukasenECOM From what you have seen, how long did the people who got unbanned? I've been in review for just under 2 weeks. The account had no posts, just owned the business and got a significant amount of impressions. I think that might be the reason, suspected of buying views or smth

@lukasenECOM had the same thing, my appeal got denied after an hour and got my account permanently suspended, i bought meta verified on my personal ig to get access to support from there, they escalated it to a different team now, no reply yet but this has worked for a few others so far

What the actual fuck? I started my PC today and was browsing the Ad Library, which seemed a bit bugged when I was searching around. Then I randomly got an email from Facebook saying my profile has been suspended. Now I can’t access Ads Manager to launch new ads. I submitted an appeal where I had to record a video of myself moving my face side to side like I was looking for Mark Zuckerberg. Hopefully the appeal goes in my favor. Has anyone else experienced this?

UPDATE - I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK It seems there’s a lot of people in the same situation, and it only took 5 mins to get it back so here’s what I did: - On Instagram subscribe to verification (can take 48hrs but mine only took 10 mins) - This gives you direct access to a PERSON on live chat - Explain what happened and they’ll (hopefully) reinstate your account like they did mine Good luck!

@MaxFreeman772 Same thing happened to me yesterday. Had that account since 2009. In 2020 I had a similar issue and bought an oculus because it uses your Facebook account and they have their own support chat with real people. Got it back then returned it. Gonna try that again.

@MaxFreeman772 hey brother, i’m currently going through the exact same thing, you could try buying meta verified on your instagram and contacting support that way (if they dont give you the same ‘you’ve hit chat limit’ error) unfortunately no other admin in the BM so i’m clueless for now
