Americans needs to understand the real reason why Democrats seek to drive racial and other wedges in our diverse society. Democrats are Marxists. Marxism has always relied on pitting societal groups against each other. In their original incarnation, Marxists sought to create conflict between economic classes. This never took hold in the USA because literally anyone can become rich in our nation. So instead of class, they seized upon other discriminators: race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual identity, disability, you name it--whatever hate they could create to drive wedges and achieve power. The insisted that every group see itself as a tribe, and tribes can be pitted against each other for power. The problem was, since the time when the Jim Crow hate that Democrats created died off, the majority demographic in America (white people whose families had been in the country for more than a generation) did not see themselves in tribal terms. So Democrats created things like DEI specifically to foster tribalism in American white people, particularly white men. Because if you harm a group enough--if you target it, if you create laws that harm it based on things like race, eventually normal people will see that racism and decide that the only rational response is to be racist right back, as a means of self-preservation. THAT is what Democrats WANT. They WANT every white male to be a racist. They NEED every white male to be a racist. It's their path to power. Please do not let them succeed. (This is also why when we see the destruction of DEI in institutions like the Department of War that we should all bow our heads in thanks; we were THIS CLOSE to the Marxists achieving institutional capture of the military.)
