(1/6) Extremely disappointed with @oneplus service. I visited the service center for a clear issue, but the staff simply marked the product as “fine” without proper checking. The problem still exists during use, yet no effort was made to diagnose or resolve it properly. #OnePlus

(3/6) Another major issue is that my valid GST bill was denied without proper reason. I was told it’s accepted only in “exceptional cases,” which is completely illogical. A GST bill is valid proof of purchase and should be accepted. @OnePlus_Support @PeteLau

(2/6) I traveled a long distance expecting a proper solution, but was told to come again if the issue happens or choose pickup & drop service taking 15 days. This is highly inconvenient and not a practical solution for customers. @OnePlus_Support
