Yesterday I got an email stating that someone from US logged in my ubi account even though I got 2FA activated and in the same day I got an email stating that I was banned permanently from R6S for cheating.
I didn't even play the game since 28 Mar.

@AzraelUp Sometimes I felt regret spending money on r6m (I support the dev) because the server issues are so frustrating.
They (Ubisoft Nova) said they will fix the latency and matchmaking issue at the last update. And .. surprise!! It worsened.

🚨 Rainbow Six Mobile currently has some serious issues that need immediate attention from the developers.
The biggest problems right now:
- High latency / ping spikes even on high-speed internet
- Poor hit registration (shots clearly landing but not registering)
- Server instability and desync during matches
- Random lag despite stable connection
- Inconsistent matchmaking & gameplay performance
At this point, it feels more like a server-side issue than a player internet issue, because many players with fast and stable connections are still experiencing the same problems.
I’ll be covering all of this in my upcoming video and forwarding community feedback as well.

Day 433 and still no resolution provided. They escalated the case and then stopped responding to it. Ubisoft support is literally sabotaging its own company by preventing people from making purchases. @UbisoftSupport @UbisoftTR

Day 68: It has been 44 days since your last response and 68 days since I first opened the case. You still refuse to provide any solution which is effectively sabotaging Ubisoft by preventing people from buying games or making ingame purchases causing to lose money @UbisoftSupport

@SheriefFYI I wonder what thought process that leads to this decision, because in my own experience, clearing/fixing the download cache is when Steam somehow refused to download properly, not for launching games, for that we have Verify integrity of game files...
