My iOS app has been in review for 2 weeks now. I contacted support a few days ago and still no word back. Not sure what else I can do

@bobek_balinek I mean… it doesn’t matter if ai created it or not it’s still copyright infringement. It’s an identical design they published that looks identical to your artwork.

DMCA with Apple update: Apple replied and CC'd the developer. Soon after I received a response from them. Get a load of this guy… "It wasn't me… it was AI". If you're vibe coding an app and get accused of ripping off 14! designs take it on the chin ok? @bobek_balinek @SebastianSzturo Usually it’s pretty quick if it’s obvious they’re in the wrong. They don’t want their account suspended. BUT you never know… I hope it works out!

iOS Dev. friends, has anyone sent a DMCA to Apple over a copycat app? Bene waiting 2 weeks now and no acknowledgment/case opened… is this expected? 😔

@bobek_balinek @SebastianSzturo I’ve had to do this a few times. I wrote an initial letter to the App Store via their form, they then email and Cc’d that letter to the dev. Then they say you two work it out. If they don’t respond they lose? I had my lawyer communicate with them when they responded.

@TuroSupport @turo I DMed you... but everything has already been said to your customer support team. Your platform makes no sense if there are no guardrails to protect your customers. And no compensation for you not fulfilling your obligations t your customers. I wasn’t even guaranteed a refund!

@TuroSupport @turo Host blames you says they didn’t cancel, you blame the host, either way you cancelled an hour before and wouldn’t let me rebook and wouldn’t tell me why until 3 hours later. Just that I had a “license verification issue” and can’t tell me any more. 👎

@TuroSupport @turo It’s already been investigated. You cancelled 1 hr before pick up and said the host said my license picture didn’t match my photo. Then 3 hours later said, oh yeah that’s ridiculous it totally matches and gave me a refund. No compensation or offer of another car. Just a sorry SOL

@seraleev I said name twice, I subconsciously wanted to really emphasize that they’re all using the same name. There is no quality control in my category.

Kind of interesting that there is a huge global AWS outage and yet $AMZN is up 1.4% today. Meanwhile... the businesses that rely on AWS and businesses that use vendors that use AWS, are losing a lot of money today.
