JUST IN: Robbery call uncovers human trafficking ring in Duluth, GA apartment Officers responded to a reported robbery in progress and were let in by resident Changze Li. They heard glass breaking and found Dominique Gray bleeding as he emerged from a room. Gray ignored commands, threw his phone, and was tased. He was charged with reckless conduct, pandering, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, armed robbery, aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and kidnapping. Li was charged with pimping and keeping a place of prostitution. Li’s number was linked to an online prostitution listing. After an undercover sting at another Duluth apartment complex, officers found Li hiding in a closet. He was additionally charged and placed in Gwinnett County Jail without bond.
