Weird that VT social media hasn’t hopped on the ICEMAN trend when every other big school has

@PSUFBEnjoyer @WhiteOutFB I’m glad you feel that way. Lot of scrutiny from PSU accounts regarding Franklin though

Believe me or don’t but this has nothing to do with VT or Franklin. I hope Franklin wins the ACC next year. I enjoyed his tenure here. I love this sport and respect the hell out of the young men that play it so i genuinely get angry when i see horrible decisions being made

@blloyd8298 @treykelleher3 Gloating is crazy. It was more so the fact we beat yall every year. You beat a 3-9 VT once and act like you own us.

@JagerHokie @BrianB540_22 For sure. Just saying winning is all that matters. We had some high points under Fu. Considering what he was working with, honestly kudos to him. Only thing he really messed up on was the 757 and hanging onto guys like Corny

Have you heard how bad things were behind the scenes under Fuente? Sure we haven’t played a game but the program is in as good a place as it has been in 15 years today, financially, structurally, and administratively. If Franklin picks up and leaves tomorrow we are in a WAY better place than when he started

@JagerHokie @BrianB540_22 Shit beating FSU in 2018 had me thinking we were gonna compete for a natty under Fuente. Look how that turned out…

@JagerHokie @BrianB540_22 2016, 2017, and parts of 2019 were all higher points. We have not even won a game yet, let’s tone that down a bit. Things are trending in a great direction though

@WhiteOutFB Chuck goes on to say that Bourque is scared of competition and lacks values. That’s where I really lose the plot here. VT could very well offer him the same success Georgia does. The ACC produces some pretty damn good QBs.

@CFBChuckk Ok…so Bourque has good character now but bad “decision making” now. Got it. All those guys were wildly successful. There’s hundreds of more examples. You are a mere troll.

@SamStro757 “And/or decision making” 5 star freaks being 5 star freaks while losing and practicing against lesser competition doesn’t make a decision smart haha

If my kid ever looks at me and says something like “Heck I can go to VT and be THE man Or go to UGA and be A man” Forget hill sprints and tire flips in the sun. I’m handing him a shovel and we are digging up the septic tank. He needs to go through some shit.
Sam@SamStro757

@CFBChuckk Also, don’t act like money doesn’t played a part in every move in CFB. The age of 100% ethics you desire is in a utopian world far far away. Heck he can go to VT and be THE man. Or go to UGA and be A man.

@CFBChuckk So Travis Hunter had poor character and values? Luther Burden had poor character and values? Tetairoa McMillian had poor character and values? Drake Maye was scared of competition? I can go on and on here. Your logic is pathetic and makes no sense.

Phrased another way, this is just saying: “I don’t want so much competition at the position and I don’t want to practice with and against the best athletes being held to the highest standard every day”

@CFBChuckk This has absolutely nothing to do with “competing against the best athletes and being held to a higher standard” Sometimes it’s just a better fit elsewhere. No shame in that. A high level recruit like Bourque is not scared of competition.

@CFBChuckk Ah. Thats even a more pathetic take. VTs QB room is deep on paper. Will still face plenty of comp. He is joining a top 15 class in America. This happens all the time. Could easily be more successful at VT than UGA. Not a testament to a kids character 😂 that’s just ridiculous

@SamStro757 Why are you yapping about money…. He ducked smoke. Competition at the position and an elite environment with and against the best athletes every day. I’m talking about that normal recruiting stuff, not the new age money BS

@CFBChuckk Is money huge a factor in CFB? Yes. Does that give you the right to assume the character of a kid who wants the best opportunity for him? No. The fact that you think his not committing to GEORGIA of all places proves whatever point you’re trying to get across is funny.
