@airindia@RNTata2000 My brother, a student at NIT Jalandhar, was stopped today from boarding his Pune flight due to a student code issue and was asked to pay ₹17k or book a new ticket. As a middle-class family, this is a huge burden. Please refund the old ticket. 🙏🙏#AirIndia
