@EquitasBank Highly disappointed with the excessive SMS charges being levied by @EquitasBank, ranging from ₹20–₹35 per month. On raising this concern with bank authorities, I was informed that higher UPI usage leads to higher charges.

@JioMart_Support @JioMart Highly disappointed by your customer service. Received a defective product on 2 Apr, couldn't raise complain bcoz order status not updated. Raised ticket regarding same 4 times, each time rejected. No resolution for a genuine complain. What a service!!

@EquitasBank This is completely unacceptable. In today’s digital era, UPI transactions are essential and should not result in such additional costs for customers. I am being charged approx ₹250–350 annually just for SMS alerts, over and above account maintenance & ATM charges.

@MyntraSupport @myntra I placed an order and paid for it through UPI (Gpay). But no details of same is available on the app. However the amt got debited from my Bank Account. I tried reaching out customer service but no response. This is unacceptable. Kindly provide resolution.

@MyntraSupport @myntra I placed an order and paid for it through UPI (Gpay) , but the details of same is not available in the app. However the money got debited from my Bank account. I tried contacting customer service many times but no response. This is unacceptable.

@amazon @amazonIN @AmazonHelp @amazon I ordered a Macbook on 2nd oct . It is out for delivery since 7th oct but not delivered yet. I've contacted customer care > 20 times. Only response I received was "we have updated to delivery partner " each time I made call.

Whereas All other product are getting delivered here well within their delivery date. Same was the case with my previous order which ultimately got cancelled. This kind of unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable. Get my product delivered today as per buffer date.

Whether the delivery partner communicated anything or not. Nothing such info is available. What's the point of connecting to customer service then. In status tracker it shows its in Noida then why the order is not being delivered despite being at location.

@JioMart_Support @JioCare I tried placing more than 20 times still no confirmation provided... even though product is well within Return period. Return window will close tomorrow and I will not longer be able to place return. Please consider it's issue from your side not mine.

@JioMart_Support Return reason -Stitching is not good as well as quality not as expected. Placed return request more than 20 times. The proof is attached thereof . Raised a ticket in jiomart complaint section as well. Called customer care to get help but denied. Tried out all available option.
