Attended a lecture on sleep… only to delay my own sleep by making up for the work hours I missed while attending it. Irony is real, but @pintofviewclub & @shaon_chak made the lost sleep worth it! Deep-dived into the chronobiology of sleep, specifically de Mairan’s work on circadian rhythms. One of the coolest takeaways…these rhythms are ‘free-running.’ They are self-sustaining and persist even in total darkness, without any external time cues.

Spent my last day in BOM revisiting @Revamp0fficial’s Ep 4 and something clicked about the 2 KYCs - ⊹ Know Your Customer (The OG) - helps cut through external noise. ⊹ Know Your Culture - helps align values. @Pickyourtrail does justice to both. & ofc, the energy doesn’t lie, @HariPyt brings a resonance you’ll feel instantly!

Fight the urge to skip overhyped places in Bandra. ⊹ ࣪ ˖ Mokai's matcha misu is worth breaking that rule ⊹ ࣪ ˖ Don't skip the tiramisu either, the classics can't ever be replaced by matcha ;)

A meticulously curated event that brought together coffee culture, sharp mentors and meaningful intersections… deserved all the love in BLR. @socialpanga x The Creatives Café 🤌🏼 Some amazing takeaways: ⊹ Diverse perspectives drive unique outcomes. Learning to filter what we consume and who we learn from is hands down non-negotiable. ⊹ Our personal brand is just as valuable as the brand we represent. Investing in both is super important today. ⊹ In large corporations, "art is in the approval of the idea." In the startups, "art is in the idea and the speed of execution." Post-event, I rewarded myself with a dosa at Amudham. It was a full-circle moment because exactly a year ago, I had my first Bangalore meal there while I was still a student, navigating a way into this city. Now, I’m here, finding my tribe :))
