@Pickyourtrail it's unbelievable that after booking a trip with you, the customer is given NO contact number to reach the pt of contact!!! Neither in the app nor your customer care is of ANY HELP! this is baffling for me given sensitive time critical queries for intl travels!

The cancellation charges are applied because certain activities like Burj Khalifa and Miracle Garden have strict vendor policies and are usually non-refundable once the tickets are issued or confirmed. Since these services are operated by third-party vendors, the charges are based on their policies. @Pickyourtrail @HariPyt What I am asking is why your vendors and you putting cancellation charges on some of the activities like Burj Khalifa and Miracle garden etc ? I am urging it’s your duty to get the full refund for us. Even UAE should return the visa charges. It’s not clients mistakes.

Means no intention to resolve but to vanish the hard earned money of customers. No action. Only force. Means bad intentions & nothing else
