@bhash @OlaElectric Why is Ola cheating customers with false Care Pack promises? During purchase, I was told some services are free under the package. Now the service centre is denying them. Please stop misleading customers and honour the promised benefits. @OlaElectric @bhash

As per your confirmation, I visited the service centre again. Now they are saying they have not received any confirmation mail from the customer care team. Please do not treat customers like this. @bhash @OlaElectric

@HeroMotoCorp @VidaElectric Handed over my vehicle on 9 Dec 2025 at Siva Shankar Motors, Dondaparthy. Service closed on 30 Dec without resolving issue & without informing me. After my visit, case reopened. Still no call from Regional Manager. Why this delay & hidden closure?
