Yeah, if Vancouver got Buium in the final deal, the Flyers weren't gonna have a serious shot at getting him unless they were willing to give up Michkov or Martone. I never heard any indications they were gonna budge on those guys.

@FlyersKnitty I was at the game and it was refreshing to see some possession and planned plays other than just dump and chase. They seem skilled enough to do that, although it means lots of fans yelling "shoot" after the third pass. Excited to see Tocchet's system take hold!

@BleedingGreen He can't get open. Be a good teammate, draw the coverage, and get space for your teammates. It was so frustrating to watch them keep forcing it to him, but Jalen Hurts needs to give him a chance and not throw it out of bounds too. Both need to be better.

He wants the ball. I can’t really blame him. If they played both halves like the first it would be different but they didn’t complete a pass in the final 30 minutes. And we’ve all seen what this team looks like when he’s not on the field. It’s most of the reason they were 2-2.
