A visionary Doctor I know introduced a roster wherein FACEMs & Emergency Adv Trainees had to do 1day/month in a smaller rural hospitals of the network. The effect was rapid. No requests for transfer denied. Camaraderie & respect for rural peers grew. #MedTwitter @ACEMPresident

Important work by @rural_doctors to promote @sandpiperaus UK has BASICS NZ has PRIME South Australia has RERN None of the other States in Oz have formal rural responder networks yet. Sandpiper charity aims to provide standardised kit to rural clinicians to use in a crisis
