With Bianco, only the last two categories of voters will be interested in him. CA has to get a Republican candidate in the primaries for Nov. 2026.

Biggest takeaway from the Hilton v Bianco debate tonight: both men (unsurprisingly) share a lot of the same views when it comes to fixing California. The question becomes - which man can win non-republicans in a general? It was very obvious Steve Hilton is the most qualified to make that happen. He has the plan, the team and his campaign has been holding town halls across the state for months. As Hilton pointed out, California is a lot bigger than Riverside County.
