The idea behind Slonks has always been simple: AI can imitate art, but it can’t replace it. Slonks is a satire of the absurd idea that AI can replace human creativity, and a reminder of why NFTs mattered in the first place. Part 1 of the void updates is almost done and will be released today. Part 2 is coming soon after. Also, Slop Machines are coming soon. Designed specifically for $SLOP holders. Maybe there will be penguins in the machine. Maybe monkeys. I’m not sure yet.

Trying to explain Slonks to my dad: “It’s an NFT rendered by an onchain AI model, but the AI makes mistakes, and the mistakes are called slop. You can mine optimal merge path and combine Slonks with others to create more slop, then ZK prove the slop, send it into the void for liquid $SLOP, and gamble it at the slop machines to maybe win rare Slonks back.” Dad: “…”
