'When the tide goes out you can tell who was skinny dipping' - Warren Buffet Integrity is clear-cut, either 100% or 0. Nodding your head does not row the boat.

COACHES: One of my favorite stats in hockey is tracking goals or scoring chances within 5 seconds of an opponent's turnover. Some will track to 10 seconds which is good too. Why? The game has gotten so good structurally defensively. Attacking fast after a turnover doesn't allow a team to get back into their structure. Here are two goals from WPG last night with this mentality. Once the puck is turned over it's like sharks in the water. Ready to pounce. A great way to create this mentality is to incentivize it in small area games. Every time there's a change of possession, if you score within 5 seconds that goal is worth 3 points instead of just 1. And not only does it create that attack mentality for your team, it's also player development. It helps players think and process the game faster leading to better hockey sense. The higher the level you play, the faster you have to be able to process the game. Great job by the Jets and a great teaching clip!!

COACHES: Just incredible goals here showing the modern Ozone. Low to high to spread the Dzone out, use high ice to bring more defenders away from the net, D losing their defender with give-and-go's from the blueline... Phenomenal clips creating offense and fun hockey to play!!
