@DebenhamsIRE very disappointed that my auntie contacted ye to use an expired gift card and she was fobbed off with an expired gift card can’t be reactivated line. It had#s been less than 5years and ye are obligated to honour the gift card

@DIDElectrical not surprised to come on and see a litany of complaints regarding customer service. Literally impossible to get to talk to anyone. No replies to emails. Literally no support. Trying to support Irish business shouldn’t be this hard.
