Pleasant surprise when I checked out some Pyramidal Orchid (Anacamptis pyramidalis) on a slip road verge of the A338 near Springbourne in Bournemouth. Had only glimpsed them while driving by previously. Several lovely clumps - including a beautifully coloured 12-spiker!

It really is time to stop this wholesale destruction of the Countryside
