@Fly_Norwegian I have waited almost a month since you told me my flight - on 8 May - was cancelled; and I requested a refund. Why can’t you process refunds quicker? Other airlines do!!!

@Fly_Norwegian @Fly_Norwegian it has been four weeks so far. I know for a fact that other airlines are much quicker at processing refunds; and they are in the same position as you are! Not impressed at all

@hotelsdotcom itinerary number is 9206493060916. Hotel Tivoli In Copenhagen from 8-11 May. I was told by your operative Cindy I would only be given a voucher. I told her that was illegal. I then contacted the hotel direct. They cancelled it. Seems you are making excuses not to refund customers
