@GWRHelp I am due to travel Paddington to Taunton later today. Can I instead go on the route from Waterloo to Salisbury and then change trains on the Exeter train and get off at Honiton? Will SW trains accept my ticket? Or do I have to go via Bristol? Thanks

@Fly_Norwegian I have waited almost a month since you told me my flight - on 8 May - was cancelled; and I requested a refund. Why can’t you process refunds quicker? Other airlines do!!!

@hotelsdotcom itinerary number is 9206493060916. Hotel Tivoli In Copenhagen from 8-11 May. I was told by your operative Cindy I would only be given a voucher. I told her that was illegal. I then contacted the hotel direct. They cancelled it. Seems you are making excuses not to refund customers
