@SkyHelpTeam I cancelled my sky products due to moving in with a partner who already has Sky. My last bill shows a credit for broadband but says it will be used to offset future bills. There are no future bills so how do I get this refunded to my bank account?

@British_Airways could you explain to me while I’m still waiting for money to be refunded to me when back in May you admitted my booking had been cancelled due to a system error but said there was nothing you could do as the refund had already been sent for processing 1/2

Meaning I had to find nearly £4700 to rebook flights to ensure we actually got to go on holiday. Refunds should not take over 4 months to process

As and American company Costco import suitcases from America.
As they are normally only available to the American market the registration site provides store and service centre information in the US this is why you are unable to register with a UK address.

@MySamsonite went to register my new case using the instructions that came with it. Case was bought in the UK and the code brings up a produce name with UK in it but it directs me to a US site, can’t but in my details as it doesn’t recognise postcode as a valid zip code
