Neither @lastminute_com or @EasternAirways thought to let us know they had moved us to a flight 3 hours earlier than the one we turned up for. We are now having to make our journey late, and via an entirely different country. @SimonCalder @SOU_Airport

Very disappointed at @lastminute_com for not informing us that we had been moved to an earlier flight to Dublin today. Anyone know the best way to make a stink about our, now missed, flight?!
