@bookingcom every time I speak with someone they cannot clearly tell me what I need to provide and steps to follow.

@bookingcom I have had such a terrible time with your customer service. I have been double charged, provided the exact documentation that was asked for. And yet have not been refunded. I am currently out over 400 EUR. Ive emailed twice, called twice and yet it’s still unresolved

And now @bookingcom seriously this is wild! I have spoken to TWO agents this evening who are telling me very different things. I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor and have been denied in my request. I have provided the exact documentation showing clearly my double charge.

Dear @AirCanada You seriously suck. I haven’t seen my luggage since June 29th. It’s been flying around Portugal since July 6th trying to find us. Wake up this morning to get to the airport? Our flights have been chnaged to come home two days later.

So the government reluctantly brings in this vaccination exemption as a last resort to motivate citizens to vaccinate while our healthcare system is literally collapsing in front of our eyes, yet here at @earlsrestaurant in YMM they are rewarding the unvaccinated w/ 15% off??

Help @DonaldKScott @orangelid dozen kids use this net daily; quiet culdesac. Same bylaw officer comes by everyday to tell us it’s illegal for kids to play in road. She hung notices on 6 other nets on street. She says the city will be disposing of any nets on street today? #ymm
