@dklappin @Ryanair That’s appalling. He offered to pay. It’s also particularly mean-spirited to keep people waiting for hours and *then* leave them stranded when it will be nigh impossible to get accommodation. What kind of person thinks that this is what their job demands? No humanity in this.

So @Ryanair flight from Barcelona to Malta leaving dead late after three delays. Staff decide to measure everyone’s bags in the metal thingy as they board. Pull aside people with bags that are over-sized and ones that actually fit, shaking them down for penalty fee. They left at least one passenger stranded after his card was declined and they rejected his offer of cash. Unacceptable.
