Jack Smith said he didn't rule out indicting these coconspirators. 5. Jack Smith said he would have gotten a conviction without a doubt. 6. Jack Smith that Trump is a criminal. 7. Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 election and stop the peaceful transfer of power. 8. Trump put the life of then Vice President Pence in jeopardy. 9. Trump speech was illegal because it was directed towards a goverment function and Trump was aware it is a lie. 10. That Trump obstructed justice and their investigation personally. 11. Trump willfully and with intent kept classified documents and showed them to people without clearance. 12. Jack Smith said that Donald Trump is a criminal. 13. Jack Smith said his investigation was legally conducted including phone data from elected officials. The charges dismissed temporarily without prejudice was because Trump won 2024 election. These charges could be brought up at a later date. 🚨
