Judge Gregory Carro excluded items found during the initial search at the McDonald’s, including a loaded handgun magazine, cell phone, and computer chip. The Defense will now be able to try and poke holes in the case and show that there may be reasonable doubt. Getting a conviction is no slam-dunk here.
