I feel fortunate to have been able to work on these animals and collect the kind of information we need to direct #conservation actions. It has taught me so much, and I have met so many great people. Our collaboration with @ScalesNaturePrk on this project has been invaluable.

We are putting this knowledge into practice by helping organizations design and build better ponds on Pelee Island. We confirmed use of 3 of these new ponds built in 2021 by breeding salamanders breeding this year. The ponds are naturalizing in the right direction already.

Since 2015 we have been studying Canada's only population of Small-mouthed #salamanders and the other salamanders they live alongside. This was the first time since 2019 that we were able to return during the breeding season to collect more data (due to COVID restrictions).

@sonimtech @bell_support @TELUSsupport Can anyone help? We got Sonim XP8's for our turtle team (Bell 2019, went to Telus 2021). Getting going this spring, several phones need repair. Warranty about to expire. We called all of you, went to both stores. No one has helped. Please?
