@rog85655 @MV33Racing Holding the pack up gives the leader more time to do ‘something’. It is a tactic almost as old as F1 itself. Go watch a few more races. Williams did it last year, they did it this year, they weren’t in the lead.

@SccmSimon @MV33Racing How's it helping the team? His teammate was in the lead. The only way he could help the team was if he was between 1st and 2nd.

What Russell did there was dangerous and completely unsportsmanlike. On a restart, with everyone in launch mode, you simply don’t make a move like that. He knew about the drive-through penalty, so was clearly trying to force an escape route.

@MTabes99 @yetiayrshore @stokehub @mde1982 @GeoffBuysCars From the website ‘All our vehicles are fitted with a direct drive system to power the ice cream machinery. This allows the vans to generate their own power supply without the requirement of mains power or noisy generators.’

@yetiayrshore @GeoffBuysCars It is this bloody simple. Go to their website. “All our vehicles are fitted with a direct drive system to power the ice cream machinery. This allows the vans to generate their own power supply without the requirement of mains power or noisy generators”

@yetiayrshore @brny_x @stokehub @mde1982 @GeoffBuysCars I think we can all agree that the wording is awful.Other than that, there are probably more important things to worry about in the world, such as global warming or billionaire oligarchs destroying the world. Have a good day

@brny_x @SccmSimon @stokehub @mde1982 @GeoffBuysCars I mean, this is basically a PHEV. But instead of being badged as a PHEV, it’s badged as “zero emissions”. By that standard if I turn my diesel engine off I can coast along the bus lanes in Cambridge…

@SccmSimon @stokehub @mde1982 @GeoffBuysCars Same as most electrically powered vehicle don’t then? It’s deliberately misleading. If you think otherwise, congratulations, you fell for it.

@OctopusEnergy @psco1 My 4-bed house with PV/battery and EV costs £25 per month, March-Nov with Octopus. It's amazing and not a con

Hi there, it does depend on your usage - our specialised tariffs are significantly better for EV drivers than a standard tariff rate, and offer other benefits like discounts to the Electroverse charging network. You can also use the off-peak rate for your household usage too! We're a DM away if you wanted to chat in more detail about your specific needs.

I was thinking of getting an EV again or hybrid car and switching to an overnight charging rate via @OctopusEnergy @OctopusEV but looking at the rates you get charged a much higher rate for daytime use 32.15kWh v 25.73 and a much higher daily standing charge, a total con.🤬

I’m a freak in the peptide world, an outsider. I’m not a builder, not a lifter, not an athlete, not a healthcare provider. I’m an old, fat, tired, and sore senior citizen who found peptides can help reverse fat, tired, and sore, and even turn back the clock a bit.

Alright I officially have TRT being added to my plan next week. A lot of experts on this topic so figured I'd come direct to X for the Tea. What can I expect on TRT? How do you guys run it? SubQ or IM? How long until my ball size gets halved? I'm only asking the important questions.

@_samantha8 Keep the heating on 24/7, keep it low 19/20 and reap the benefit of your heat pump. Our 4 bed house cost £25 last month to run, and about £125 in winter. We have solar, battery and HP.

Epitalon is a “sleeper” in the peptide space 🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬💤🧬 ——————————————————— Epitalon is a synthetic tetrapeptide developed by Professor Vladimir Khavinson at the St Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology🏴‍☠️ It is the synthetic version of Epithalamin a peptide your pineal gland naturally produces🏴‍☠️ Production of Epithalamin declines dramatically with age which is part of why circadian rhythm sleep architecture and hormonal regulation all degrade as we get older🏴‍☠️ What Epitalon actually does🏴‍☠️ It activates telomerase reverse transcriptase the enzyme that maintains telomere length on your chromosomes🏴‍☠️ Telomeres are the protective caps on your DNA that shorten every time your cells divide🏴‍☠️ When telomeres get critically short cells stop dividing and enter senescence which is essentially the cellular signature of aging🏴‍☠️ In human cell studies Epitalon has extended replicative lifespan of fibroblasts by 44 percent beyond the Hayflick limit🏴‍☠️ Translation it pushed cells past the normal point of senescence without triggering malignant transformation🏴‍☠️ The broader effects observed in Khavinson research🏴‍☠️ Improved immune markers in elderly patients🏴‍☠️ Restoration of pineal function and melatonin rhythm🏴‍☠️ Enhanced sleep architecture I noticed my HRV increase by over 20% each cycle I ran🏴‍☠️ Improved cardiovascular and cognitive function🏴‍☠️ How I am running it🏴‍☠️ Two cycles already this year and starting the third very soon🏴‍☠️ Standard protocol 5-10mg subcutaneous daily for 10 to 20 day cycles with extended breaks between🏴‍☠️ I have ran it at 1 mg and 5mg also with good results🏴‍☠️ This is one of the few peptides where less consistent dosing seems to outperform daily continuous use🏴‍☠️ You can also run pinealon to really get the most out of this protocol🏴‍☠️ 🧬🔬
